AntiSPAM Service / Serviço de AntiSpam

Todos os serviços alojados e/ou providenciados pela XERVERS encontram-se protegidos por um serviço de AntiSPAM que analisa todas as mensagens enviadas (outbound).
Este serviço têm como objetivo de bloquear todo e qualquer envio de email que seja considerado SPAM pelas listas RBL conhecidas e ao mesmo tempo proteger a reputação da rede da XERVERS.

As regras/serviços que se seguem devem ser configuradas nos servidores que estão a ser usados nos serviços alojados:

• Apesar do nosso serviço analisar todos os emails de saída, solicitamos que instale e configure um serviço de antispam (ex: spamassassin) no seu serviço. Desta forma, o correio que se encontra a sair do seu serviço é analisado e bloqueado antes deste ser tratado pelo nosso serviço de AntiSPAM.
• As mensagens envidas, se forem de caráter de marqueting, devem incluir uma forma de cancelamento de inscrição funcional que o destinatário usará no caso de não desejar mais receber mensagens desse género.
• Deve criar ou alterar um registo SPF no domínio que está a enviar os emails. Esse registo SPF deve incluír o seguinte texto: include:xrv.pt. Caso este registo não exista ou encontra-se mal configurado (falta do texto mencionado), o nosso serviço de AntiSPAM bloqueará a mensagem.

O registo SPF é apenas uma indicação dada aos servidores de receção de e-mails. Cabe a estes servidores "aceitarem" ou não a autenticação SPF atribuída aos nomes de domínio para os quais recebem mensagens.

All services hosted and/or provided by XERVERS are protected by an anti-spam service that analyses all outbound messages.
The purpose of this service is to block any email that is considered SPAM by known RBL lists and at the same time protect the reputation of the XERVERS network.

The following rules/services must be configured on the servers being used for the hosted services:

• Although our service analyses all outgoing mail, we ask that you install and configure an anti-spam service (e.g. spamassassin) on your service. In this way, outgoing mail is analysed and blocked before it is processed by our anti-spam service.
• Outgoing messages, if they are of a marketing nature, must include a functional unsubscribe form that the recipient will use if they no longer wish to receive such messages.
• You must create or change an SPF record on the domain that is sending the emails. This SPF record must include the following text: include:xrv.pt. If this record does not exist or is incorrectly configured (missing the text mentioned), our anti-spam service will block the message.

The SPF record is just an indication given to the mail receiving servers. It is up to these servers whether or not they "accept" the SPF authentication assigned to the domain names for which they receive messages.
